ORDER:- This Criminal Miscellanous Petition coming on for orders on this day and upon perusing the petition and the affidavit filed in support thereof and upon hearing the arguments of Mr.K.M.Karunakaran, Advocate for the Petitioner and of Mr.M.Sakthi Kumar, Government Advocate for the respondents, this Court made the following order:

This petition has been filed to relax the condition imposed on the petitioner by the order dated 05.09.2024 in Crl.A.(MD).No.709 of 2024. 2.The learned counsel for the petitioner submitted that the petitioner has been complying with the condition regularly and he prayed for relaxation of the said condition.

3.The learned Government Advocate (Crl. side) submitted that the petitioner has been complying with the condition regularly. Investigation has been completed and final report has been filed before the concerned Court. 4.Taking into consideration of the submissions made by both the counsels, this petition is allowed and the condition imposed by this court is relaxed and the petitioner shall appear before the trial Court on receipt of summons.
