When the matter is taken up for hearing, the learned counsel for the petitioner submitted that the matter was compromised between the parties and divorce was also granted by mutual consent in O.P.No.273 of 2017 on the file of the Additional District and Sessions Court, Nagercoil on 27.12.2018.

2.Since the matter has been compromised between the parties, nothing survives for further adjudication. Recording the said submissions made by the learned counsel for the petitioner, the Criminal Original Petition is closed. Consequently, connected Miscellaneous Petitions are also closed.
