[Order of the Court was made by R.SUBRAMANIAN, J.] Challenge in this writ petition is to the order of eviction passed by the third respondent under Section 128 of the Tamilnadu Urban Local Bodies Act,1998.

2. The petitioner has filed an affidavit undertaking to remove the encroachment by himself in two months time. The same is recorded.

3. Considering the fact that the petitioner has been in occupation of the property in question for quite some time, we deem it reasonable to grant time till 15th December 2024 to remove the encroachment by himself. If the encroachment is not removed by 15.12.2024, the Corporation will be at liberty to remove the encroachment without any further notice. 2/4
