ORDER : The Court Made the following order :- The petition has been filed to relax the condition imposed on the petitioner in CRL 1/3

2. The learned counsel for the petitioner submitted that the petitioner has been complying with the condition imposed by this court in CRL OP(MD) No.12949 of 2025 on 01/08/2025 regularly, and he prays for relaxation of the said condition.

3. The learned Government Advocate (Crl. Side) submitted that the petitioner has been complying with the condition nearly 29 days regularly. This petitioner is having 19 previous cases, all are similar in nature.

4. Taking into consideration the fact that the petitioner is complying with the condition regularly. However, this petitioner is having 19 previous cases, all are similar in nature, this Court is inclined to modify the condition imposed against the petitioner in the order made in CRL OP(MD) No.12949 of 2025 on 01/08/2025.
