PRAYER: Criminal Original Petition filed under Section 482 of Cr.P.C, praying to direct the Respondents 1 and 2 to not to harass the Petitioner upon the instigation and false complaint of the Respondents 3 and 4 under the guise of conducting enquiries and interfering in the dispute which civil in nature.

This Criminal Original Petition had been filed to direct the Respondents 1 and 2 to not to harass the Petitioner upon the instigation and false complaint of the Respondents 3 and 4 under the guise of conducting enquiries and interfering in the dispute which civil in nature.

2. The learned Additional Public Prosecutor would submit that during enquiry both the parties were directed to approach the Civil Court and resolve their dispute and on that advice the petition was closed.

3. Considering the fact that the subject matter of dispute is civil in nature and closed by the Respondents 1 and 2, the parties are directed to approach the Civil Court for appropriate relief. 2/4

4. With the above direction, the Criminal Original Petition stands disposed off.
