O R D E R

This Criminal Original Petition has been filed by the petitioner on 09.11.2022 under Section 482 of Criminal Procedure Code to call for the entire records pertaining to the case in C.C.No.541 of 2022 pending on the file of the Additional Mahila Court, Dindigul and quash the same as against the petitioners.

2. The learned counsel for the petitioners submits that C.C.No.541 of 2022 was disposed of on 04.09.2024 and thereby, the petitioners were acquitted. To that effect, the learned counsel produced a photo copy of the judgment passed by the learned Judicial Magistrate, Additional Mahila Court, Dindigul in C.C.No.541 of 2022.

3. It appears that pursuant to the First Information Report, the respondent police filed final report on 06.05.2022 and the final report was taken on file in C.C.No.541 of 2022. After full trial, the learned Judicial Magistrate, Additional Mahila Court, Dindigul acquitted the petitioners.

4. In view of the above, the prayer sought for in this petition has become infructuous. Hence, this Criminal Original Petition is dismissed as infructuous. 2/3
