2. The petitioner is facing charges under Sections 294(b), 406, 420, 506(i) IPC in Crime No.32 of 2023.

3. The learned Government Advocate (Crl. Side) would submit that on the basis of the complaint given by one Christober Albin against the petitioner, anticipatory bail was granted to the petitioner and now he is running a business.

4. According to the learned counsel for the petitioner, several employees are working in petitioner's office and the respondent Police are frequently coming to the office and threatened the employees not to work in that office.

5. The learned Government Advocate (Crl. Side) would further submit that absolutely it is a false allegation and no such occurrence took place as stated by the learned counsel for the petitioner. After completion of investigation, Final Report has been presented before the concerned Court on 30.10.2023, but it has not been taken on file.

6. In view of the above said development, nothing survives for further consideration or direction in this matter. Hence, this petition is dismissed as unnecessary.
