2.The learned Additional Public Prosecutor, on instructions, would submit that as on date, no F.I.R and no petition is pending against the petitioner.

3.Now, the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner submitted that petitioner has been called for by the respondent police even on yesterday and as such, the petitioner has been harassed by the respondent police.

4.Recording the same, the respondent police is directed not to harass the petitioner by way of calling him for enquiry. Recording the submission of the learned Additional Government Pleader this petition stands dismissed.
