2.Today, when the matter is taken up for hearing, the learned Government Advocate (Crl.side) for the respondent submits that the order of this Court, dated 28.03.2023 has been complied and after enquiry on the complaint, final report has already been filed before the learned Additional Mahila Court, Theni on 08.06.2023. He further submits that due to the upgradation of the software, the final report could not be processed by the trial Court.

3.Recording the above submission, this Contempt Petition is closed.
