ORDER:- This Criminal Original Petition coming on for orders on this day under the caption "Extension of time for lower court" and upon perusing the earlier order dated 25.04.2024 and the requsisition letter submitted by Judicial Magistrate Rajapalayam vide D.NO. 443/2024 dated 18.11.2024 forwarded by Principal District,Virudhunagar district seeking further time to dispose the case in CC.NO.209/2020 this court made the following order: This Court by an order, dated 25.04.2024, had directed the learned Additional Judge, Mahila Court, Srivilliputur to dispose of the case in C.C.No.209 of 2020 within a period of three months from the date of receipt of a copy of that order.

Now, the learned Judicial Magistrate, Rajapalayam (Full Additional Charge of the Judicial Magistrate, Additional Mahila Court, Srivilliputtur) has addressed a letter, dated 18.11.2024, to the Registry seeking extension of time for a period of three months to dispose of the case in C.C.No.209 of 2020.
3. As requested by the learned Judicial Magistrate, Rajapalayam (Full Additional Charge of the Judicial Magistrate, Additional Mahila Court, Srivilliputtur), time already granted by this Court is extended by a period of three 2/3
months from today. It is made clear that no further extension of time will be granted by this Court and the learned Judicial Magistrate is directed to file a compliance report immediately after the completion of the proceedings.
