ORDER

This Civil Revision Petition is filed to set aside the Docket order dated 01.01.2024, made in E.A.No.121 of 2019 in E.P.No.09/2017 on the file of Subordinate Court, Uthamapalayam.

2. The earlier application filed by the revision petitioner herein against the ex parte decree passed in the main suit, was dismissed by this Court in C.R.P(MD)No.182 of 2023 dated 24.06.2024. Against which an S.L.P. was preferred by the petitioner herein which also came to be dismissed by the Hon'ble Supreme Court of India by order dated 22.11.2024.

3. All further averments have been now closed for the revision petitioner. Therefore, this revision petition cannot be kept pending. I find absolutely no reason to interfere with the order passed by the Execution Court.

4. For the above reasons, this Civil Revision Petition is dismissed. No costs. Consequently, connected miscellaneous petition stands closed. 25.11.2024 NCC :Yes/No Index :Yes/No Internet : Yes/ No pnn 2/4
