ORDER

(Order of the Court was made by S.M.SUBRAMANIAM, J.) The learned Special Government Pleader appearing for the respondent has made a submission that there is no objectionable encroachment and few homeless poor people have constructed some thatched houses for residential purposes. If at all those people are eligible for free house site patta under the Government scheme, they have to be considered for the purpose of assignment of land by strictly following the conditions stipulated under the Government scheme. As far as the petitioner is concerned, if there is any grievance exist, he is at liberty to approach the civil Court of law. Accordingly, this Contempt Petition stands closed.
