Order : This criminal miscellaneous petition coming up for orders on this day, upon perusing the petition filed in support thereof and upon hearing the arguments of M/s.G.KARUPPASAMYPANDIYAN, Advocate for the petitioner and of Mr.M.SAKTHI KUMAR, Government Advocate (Crl. side) on behalf of the Respondent, while admitting the criminal appeal, the Court made the following 1/3

order:- This petition is filed seeking relaxation of the conditions imposed on the petitioner in Crl.M.P(MD)No.4715 of 2024 in Crl.A.(MD)No.368 of 2024.

2. The learned counsel for the petitioner submitted that the petitioner has been complying the condition regularly and he prays for relaxation of the said condition. 3.The learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) submitted that the petitioner has been complying the condition regularly.

4.Taking into consideration of the submissions made by both the counsel, the condition imposed by this court in Crl.M.P(MD)No.4715 of 2024 in Crl.A.(MD) No.368 of 2024 on 03.09.2024, is modified and the petitioner shall report before the concerned trial Court on every first working day of a month at 10.30 a.m., until further orders.
