PETITION FOR BAIL Under Sec.483 of BNSS PRAYER :- To release the petitioners on bail in Crime No.318 of 2024 pending investigation on the file of the respondent police.

ORDER : The Court made the following order :- The petitioners/A1 to A5, who were arrested and remanded to judicial custody on 02.09.2024 for the offences punishable under Sections 191(2), 191(3), 140(1), 103(1) of BNS and Section 3 of TNPPDL Act, in Crime No.318 of 2024 on the file of the respondent police, seek bail.

2.Heard both sides.
