Since this writ petition has been filed only for a mandamus seeking for a direction to the respondents to reinstate the petitioner into service without challenging the suspension order issued to him, this writ petition is disposed of by granting liberty to the petitioner to challenge the suspension order issued to him in the manner known to him under law. No costs.
