ORDER : The Court made the following order :- This petition is filed to enlarge the petitioner on bail in connection with Spl.S.C.No.33 of 2024 on the file of Special Court in the cadre of District Judge fro Exclusive Trial of Cases under POCSO Act, Thanjavur, in Crime No.32 of 2023, on the file of the respondent.

2.Heard the learned counsel on either side and perused the material records of the case.

3.considering the nature of allegations in this case that the petitioner along with the other accused committed forcible rape on the victim and considering the fact that the trial is in progress and already 25 witnesses out of 28 have been examined, at this crucial stage, I am not inclined to enlarge the petitioner on bail. 4.Since the petitioner's application for bail is rejected, it is for the prosecution to take such steps to complete the trial as expeditiously as possible. The trial Court shall take up the matter and complete the trial as expeditiously as possible. 2/3
