first respondent Police Station registered against the petitioner for the offence under Sections 147, 188, 341, 294(b), 353 and 506(2) I.P.C.
2. When the matter was taken up for hearing, learned Additional Public Prosecutor submits that the respondent Police have completed the investigation long ago and filed the charge sheet before the concerned Court and the same was taken on file as C.C.No.851 of 2023.
3. Once investigation has already been completed and charge sheet is submitted before the concerned Court, cause does not survive for the petitioner to proceed with the case.
4. Accordingly, this Criminal Original Petition is disposed of, with a liberty to the petitioner to challenge the charge sheet once it is taken on file by the learned Magistrate concerned. Consequently, the connected miscellaneous petition is closed.
