ORDER

This criminal original petition has been filed to transfer the investigation in respect of the complaint of the petitioner dated 19.04.2017 from the third respondent to second respondent or any other independent investigating agency and directed to complete the investigation as expeditiously as possible.

2.It is seen that the petitioner has lodged a complaint on 19.04.2017 before the third respondent Police herein. Even till today, the complaint lodged by the petitioner not yet registered in any crime. Therefore, before registering the FIR, the prayer sought by the petitioner in this petition cannot be considered for transfer of investigation.

3.Hence, this criminal original petition stands dismissed.
