ORDER

This application has been filed to bring on record the petitioners 8 to 11 herein as the legal heirs of the deceased 3rd Appellant in the above second appeal, array them as Appellants 9 to 12. 2/3

2. Heard the learned counsel on either side and perused the material available on record.

3. The learned counsel appearing for the respondents has no objection in allowing this petition.

4. Having been satisfied with the reasons assigned in the affidavit filed in support of the Miscellaneous Petition, this Court is of the view that the application to bring on record the legal representatives on record, has to be allowed. Accordingly, this petition is allowed.

5. The Registry is directed to carry out necessary amendment in the cause title. Post the main appeal for hearing on 23.02.2026. 28.01.2026 RM 3/3
