ORDER : The Court Made the following order :- The petitioners/ accused apprehends arrest at the hands of the respondent police for the alleged offences punishable under Sections 406, 420 IPC in Crime No.16 of 2017 on the file of the first respondent Police and hence, seek anticipatory bail. 2.Heard the learned counsel for the petitioners and the learned Additional Public Prosecutor appearing for the State. 3.The case of the prosecution is that the petitioners are involved in prize chits and money circulation schemes and cheated the subscribers.

on the file of the first respondent Police, he could not get any instructions.
5.Considering the facts and circumstances of the case, this Court is inclined to grant anticipatory bail to the petitioners only for a period of two weeks with certain conditions. Accordingly, the petitioners are ordered to be released on bail in the event of arrest or on their appearance before the learned Judicial Magistrate No.VI, Trichy and on each of them executing a bond for a sum of Rs.10,000/- (Rupees Ten Thousand only) with two sureties each for a like sum to the satisfaction of the learned Magistrate concerned. It is made clear that this order shall be valid only for a period of two weeks from the date of receipt of the order. Before completion of such period, the petitioners may approach the concerned jurisdictional Court for appropriate relief. The petitioners shall comply with the condition stipulated under Section 438 Cr.P.C. scrupulously.
