Mr.Rajasimman, learned counsel takes notice on behalf of the respondents.

2.This writ petition has been filed for issuance of a direction, directing the 2nd respondent to conduct an enquiry to prove the bonafide claims content in the letter dated 14.08.2018. 3.The petitioner is the legal heir of one Ulaganathan, who was employed under the first respondent. After his death, when she approached the authorities for disbursement of terminal benefits, it was informed that nomination was given in favour of someone else. According to the petitioner, there is no other legal heir to the deceased Ulaganathan. Since there appears some foul play in respect of nomination, she sought for an enquiry in this matter. https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/ 1/2

W.P.(MD) No.24508 of 2019 4.Considering the limited prayer, without going into the merits of the matter, a direction is given to the first respondent to conduct enquiry into the matter, after giving notice to the persons concerned, particularly the third respondent and after affording an opportunity of personal hearing, pass appropriate orders on merits and in accordance with law, within a period of eight weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.
