ORDER

In this Writ Petition, the petitioner seeks for a direction to the respondents 1 and 2 to act on the complaint of the petitioner, dated 06.06.2025 and register an FIR.

2. The learned Additional Public Prosecutor, on instructions, would submit that earlier the complaint of the petitioner was closed by the third respondent and now, the case has been forwarded to the second respondent, who would complete the enquiry within a period of two weeks.

3. In view of the same, there shall be a direction to the second respondent to complete the enquiry on the petitioner's complaint dated 06.06.2025 within a 2/4

period of two (2) weeks from today and inform the petitioner about the result of the enquiry.
