2.Heard the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner and the learned Additional Public Prosecutor appearing for the respondent, police. 3.Considering the facts and circumstances of the case and also considering the submission made by the learned Additional Public Prosecutor, the condition already imposed on the petitioner is hereby fully relaxed. The petitioner is directed to appear before the trial Court on receiving summons as directed by the trial Court.
