ORDER

This criminal original petition has been filed seeking orders to direct the second respondent herein to register FIR on the basis of the order passed by the learned Judicial Magistrate, Thirumangalam, in Cr.M.P.No.9637 of 2023 dated 08.12.2023.

2.It is evident from the records that the learned Judicial Magistrate, Thirumangalam in the petition, filed under Section 156(3) Cr.P.C., directed the second respondent herein to take necessary action under due process of law, vide order made in Cr.M.P.No.9637 of 2023 dated 08.12.2023.

3.The learned Government Advocate(Crl.side) appearing for the respondents would submit that since Section 138 of the Negotiable Instruments Act proceedings is pending, they have not taken any action and seeks two weeks time.

4.Recording the above submission, the second respondent is directed to comply with the directions of the learned Judicial Magistrate, within a period of two weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.

5.With the above directions, this criminal original petition is disposed of.
