ORDER

This criminal original petition has been filed seeking orders to direct the third respondent not to harass the petitioners in any way unlawfully.

2.When the matter is taken up for hearing today, the learned Government Advocate(Crl.side) appearing for the respondents would submit that on the basis of the complaint given by one Yuvaraj, enquiry is pending before the third respondent in C.No.G5/1882/E-4714664/23. 3.The learned counsel appearing for the petitioners would submit that the petitioners have also sent complaint to the first respondent and after enquiry, the same was ordered to be closed. 4.But the learned Government Advocate(Crl.side) would submit that they have not received any information about the complaint given before the first respondent.

5.Since the complaint is pending before the third respondent, the third respondent is directed to issue written summons to the petitioner and the said Yuvaraj, conduct enquiry and take a decision, within a period of 10 days from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. 6.With the above directions, this criminal original petition is disposed of.
