PRAYER :-Writ Petition, filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India, praying this court to issue a Writ of Mandamus directing the respondents No.1 and 2 to Survey the land in connection with Survey No. 94/6A to an extent of 5.50 Ares, situated at Sadachipatti Village, Usilampatti Taluk, Madurai District with Police protection at the time of survey the land by considering the petitioners Petition No. 2025/0123/24/019329 within time framed as fixed by this Court. O R D E R

This writ petition has been filed seeking a direction to the respondents No.1 and 2 to Survey the land in connection with Survey No. 94/6A to an extent of 5.50 Ares, situated at Sadachipatti Village, Usilampatti Taluk, Madurai District with Police protection at the time of survey the land by considering the petitioner's Petition No. 2025/0123/24/019329 within time framed as fixed by this Court.

2. Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner, the learned Government Advocate appearing for the official respondents and the learned counsel for the private respondents.

3. The petitioner submitted a representation to the respondents 1 and 2 on 22.08.2025 for surveying his property. However, no action has been taken on the said representation. Hence, the present writ petition has been filed.

4. Learned Government Advocate, appearing for the official respondents, submits that the representation of the petitioner's would be considered by the 1st respondent within a time stipulated by this Court.

5. In view of the above submissions, without expressing any opinion on the merits of the matter, this writ petition is disposed of with a direction to the 1st respondent to consider the petitioner's representation dated 22.08.2025 on merits and in accordance with law, after giving notice to the interested parties and pass appropriate orders within a period of eight weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. Needless to say, if any rival claims, the same shall be subject to the jurisdiction of the civil Court. There shall be no order as to costs. (K.SURENDER, J) 05.01.2026 NCC :Yes/No Index :Yes/No 3/5
