This petition has been filed to quash the proceedings in C.C.No.282 of 2021 on the file of the learned Judicial Magistrate, Thiruvaiyaru. 2.When the matter is taken up for hearing, the learned Additional Public Prosecutor on instructions, submitted that C.C.No.282 of 2021, was ended in acquittal on 05.10.2023 and he has also produced a copy of the judgment passed by the learned Judicial Magistrate, in C.C.No.282 of 2021, dated 05.10.2023.

3.Recording the same, this Criminal Original Petition is closed, as nothing survives for further adjudication. Consequently, the connected miscellaneous petitions are closed.
