ORDER

This Criminal Original Petition is filed to pass an order directing the 2nd respondent not to harass the petitioners frequently and repeatedly on the basis of false and unbelievable complaint of the 3rd respondent and thus render justice.

2. Learned Government Advocate (Crl.side) submitted that on the basis of the complaint given by the third respondent herein, enquiry was undertaken. During the enquiry, the matter was referred to the Social Welfare Department for conciliation process and a report was received stating that there was no dowry harassment by the petitioners. On that basis, the complaint is going to be closed.

3. In view of the submissions made by the learned Government Advocate (crl.side), this matter has become infructuous. Accordingly, this Criminal Original Petition is dismissed as infructuous. 09.11.2023 NCC :
