ORDER

This criminal original petition has been filed seeking orders to direct the second respondent to execute the warrant issued against the accused in C.C.No.271 of 2016 on the file of the learned Judicial Magistrate, Fast Track Court, at Magistrate Level, Karur, which was dispatched in D.No.999 of 2018 dated 11.05.2018. 2.The learned counsel appearing for the petitioner would submit that the petitioner has filed a private complaint under Section 200 Cr.P.C., as against the third respondent for the offence under Section 138 of the Negotiable Instruments Act and the learned Magistrate, after trial had passed conviction judgment dated 16.04.2018 sentencing the third respondent to undergo six months simple imprisonment and that since then, conviction warrant is pending. He would further submit that though conviction warrant is pending, the official respondents have not taken any action to execute the same.

3.It is evident from the records that the learned Magistrate has sent the warrant to the second respondent on 09.08.2024. 2/4

4.The learned Government Advocate(Crl.side) appearing for the official respondents would submit that the second respondent is ready to comply with the directions to be passed by this Court. 5.Recording the above submission, the second respondent is directed to take necessary steps for executing the conviction warrant and produce the third respondent before the concerned Court, within a period of two months from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.
