This petition has been filed against the order passed by the Court below dismissing the application filed U/s.311 of Cr.P.C. to recall PW.1 and PW.2 for cross examination.

2.It is seen from the records that this petition was not even entertained right from the year 2017 and by now the case has reached the final stages.

3.This Court does not find any illegality or infirmity in the order passed by the Court below and accordingly this Criminal Original Petition is dismissed. The learned District Mahila Judge Cum Fast Track Court, Thanjavur, is directed to complete the proceedings in S.S.C.No.24 of 2014, within a period of two months from the date of receipt of copy of this order.
