ORDER

The present Transfer Civil miscellaneous Petition has been filed to transfer H.M.O.P.No.322 of 2019 from the Family Court, Trichy, to the Family Court, Devakottai.

2.The learned counsel for the respondent submits that the respondent already filed CRP(MD)No.1450 of 2022 before this Court seeking speedy disposal of HMOP.No.322 of 2019 and ex-parte decree was ordered on 16.09.2022 by directing the Trial Court to dispose of the above HMOP as expeditiously as possible preferably within a period of eight months from the date of receipt of a copy of the order and on instruction, he has no objection for allowing the petition. 3.Recording the same, this Court is inclined to transfer H.M.O.P.No.322 of 2019 from Family Court, Trichy, to Family Court, Devakottai. The Family Court, Devakottai, shall endeavour to bring closure to the dispute between the parties within a period of 12 months from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. 4.With the above observation, this Transfer Civil Miscellaneous Petition stands allowed. No costs. Consequently, connected miscellaneous petition is closed.
