This Writ Petition had been filed seeking issuance of a Writ of Mandamus to direct the Respondents to remove the seal of the permit room (Bar) attached with the Petitioner's Club and permit them to run the Bar, based on the Petitioner's representation, dated 05.11.2022. 2.The learned Counsel for the Petitioner submitted that the license was granted to run the Bar by the appropriate authority. While so, on 31.10.2022, it was sealed by the second Respondent. 3.The learned Additional Public Prosecutor submitted that the license has been obtained by the petitioner and they had not furnished the correct particulars to the authorities concerned, who had granted license and permit. Hence, there is violation in the running of the Bar. Further, he submitted that the owner of the Bar and the Petitioner itself are absconding, as per the instructions of the Investigation Officer. 4.In view of the above submission made by the learned Additional Public Prosecutor, the Petitioner is directed to gave a representation to the first Respondent with proper documents regarding running of the Bar, 2/4
for obtaining license. The first Respondent is directed to consider the representation of the Petitioner, if he had appeared before the first Respondent with proper documents and pass appropriate order to de-seal the permit room (Bar) attached with the Petitioner's Club. 5.With the above directions, this Writ Petition stands disposed of. No costs.
