ORDER

This petition has been filed to amend the survey numbers in the prayer as 'Survey Nos.495/22 and 489/22', instead of 'Survey Nos.40/3, 493, 494/4 and 407/3'.

2.Heard Mr.R.J.Prasanna, learned counsel for the petitioner and Mr.A.Kannan, learned Additional Government Pleader for the respondents. 3.The survey numbers have been incorrectly mentioned by inadvertence. The learned Additional Government Pleader for the respondents also has no serious objection for allowing the amendment application.

4.I have gone through the affidavit filed in support of the petition seeking amendment. I am satisfied with the reasons assigned therein. 5.The Writ Miscellaneous Petition is ordered as prayed for. 12.09.2025 ata Note: Registry is directed to carryout necessary corrections and issue a fresh order copy to the parties.
