This Criminal Original Petition had been filed to direct the Respondent 1 and 2 to refrain from harassing the Petitioners under the guise of investigation.

2. The learned Additional Public Prosecutor would submit that petition enquiry is pending in CSR Nos.2230 of 2022 and 336 of 2022.

3. In view of the same, the Respondent 1 and 2 are directed to issue summons, hold enquiry as per the guidelines issued by the Hon'ble Supreme Court of India in Lalitha Kumari Vs. Government of Uttar Pradesh reported in 2013 (6) CTC 353 . The Petitioners are directed to cooperate with the pending enquiry. The Investigating Officer shall act accordingly.

4. With the above direction, the Criminal Original Petition stands disposed off.
