ORDER : The Court made the following order :- The petitioner/Accused, who was arrested and remanded to judicial custody on 04.10.2024 for the offences punishable under Sections 126(2), 296(b), 115(2), 109, 324 1/3

(4), 351(3) of BNS (Corresponding Sections 341, 323, 294(b), 307, 425 and 506(ii) IPC in crime No. 471 of 2024 on the file of the respondent police, seeks bail.

2. Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner and the intervenor and the learned Additional Public Prosecutor appearing for the respondent and perused the materials available on record.

3. Since the resolution was passed before the trial court, this Court entertained the petition directly. Considering the nature of allegations and the injury suffered by the defacto complainant and the investigation said to have been in a nascent stage and the previous antecedents of the petitioner, for the present I am not inclined to enlarge the petitioner on bail.
