ORDER : The Court made the following order :- The petitioner/ sole accused herein, who was arrested on 27.02.2023 for the alleged offence under Sections Sections 5(l), 5(m), 6 of Protection of Children from Sexual Offences Act, 2012 r/w. Section 342, 506(ii), 450 of IPC in Crime No.7 of 2023 on the file of the respondent Police, seek bail.

2. The case of the prosecution is that the accused person misbehaved with the victim girls sexually inside one Rani's house and also threatened the victim girls that they should not tell anyone, if they do, he will stab them with knife. On coming to know the above said facts, the complaint came to be registered. 3.Considering the gravity of offence, the earlier application filed by the petitioner before this Court was dismissed. Now this petition has been filed on the ground that the trial has been commenced and going on. 4.The learned Government Advocate (Crl. side) submitted that the earlier bail application that was filed by this petitioner was dismissed by this Court considering the gravity of offence. Further, the trial has commenced. P.W.1 to P.W.5 were 2/4

examined in chief and whether cross examination was made is not known. There are three victims in this case, who are aged about 6, 7 and 8 years respectively.

5. Considering the facts and circumstance of this case and also considering the gravity of offence, I find no reason to entertain this petition at this stage. The petitioner can move regular bail before the trial court itself after completion of the examination of the material witnesses. This petition deserves dismissal and accordingly dismissed.
