Prayer: Criminal Original Petition filed under Section 482 of Cr.P.C, to set aside the order passed in Principal Sessions Judge, Dindigul in Crl.R.C.No.6 of 2016 dated 24.04.2017 confirming the order of maintenance of Rs.1,500/- to the respondent per month from the date of petition by the Chief Judicial Magistrate, Dindigul in M.C.No.22 of 2014 by order dated 23.05.2016 by allowing this Criminal Original Petition.

O R D E R

This petition has been filed challenging the order passed by the Court below confirming the order passed by the learned Chief Judicial Magistrate, Dindigul fixing as monthly maintenance of Rs.1,500/- payable by the petitioner to the respondent. 2.Heard the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner and perused the materials available on record.

3.This Court is not inclined to interfere with the concurrent findings of the Court below and this petition cannot be treated as a https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/ 1/2

Crl.O.P(MD)No.8889 of 2017 second revision petition, since the same is barred under Section 397

(2) of Cr.P.C.

4.In view of the above this Court does not find any merits in the Criminal Original Petition and accordingly, the same is dismissed. Consequently, connected miscellaneous petitions are closed.
