Prayer: Writ Petition - filed under Article 226 of Constitution of India, to issue a writ of Certiorarified Mandamus, to call for the records of the fourth respondent's Charge memo vide P.R.No.71/H1/2018 dated 11.12.2018 and in consequence of charge and finding of the enquiry, resulted in as "Awarded punishment of removal from Service" sanctioned by the fourth respondent vide P.R.No.71/H1/2018 dated 30.09.2019, quash the same and in consequence thereof to direct the respondents to reinstate the writ 1/3
