ORDER
The present transfer civil miscellaneous Petition has been filed by the wife seeking to transfer H.M.O.P.No.57 of 2022 pending on the file of the V Additional Subordinate Court, Madurai (however mentioned in the petition as III Additional Subordinate Court, Madurai), to be transferred to Family Court, Theni.

2. According to the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner/wife, she is the permanent resident of Theni Taluk and she finds it difficult to appear for every hearing before the V Additional Subordinate Court, Madurai.
3. Considering the aforesaid facts, H.M.O.P.No.57 of 2022 pending on the file of the V Additional Subordinate Court, Madurai, is hereby withdrawn and transferred to the Subordinate Court, Theni.
4. With the above observation, the Transfer Civil Miscellaneous Petition is allowed to the extent as stated above. No costs.
