O R D E R

After submitting an application for survey of her land and submitting reminders in relation thereto, the present Writ Petition has been filed.

2.The Petitioner relies upon a sale deed, dated 27.5.2004, and patta No.874. A copy of the application along with acknowledgment is on record.

3.The learned Additional Government Pleader accepts notice for the respondents. On instructions, he would submit that the appeal suit filed by the Objector is pending and that the request of the Petitioner cannot be acted upon without conducting an enquiry.

4.In these circumstances, without expressing any opinion on the merits of the matter, the first respondent is directed to conduct an enquiry by providing reasonable opportunity to the Petitioner, objectors and owners of neighbouring lands and thereafter dispose of the Petitioner's application, dated 25.7.2025, within a period of 8 weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. 5.With the above direction, the Writ Petition stands disposed 2/4
