PRAYER: Criminal Original Petition filed under Section 482 of the Criminal Procedure Code, to direct the first respondent to change the investigation in Crime No.145 of 2017, pending on the file of the second respondent to the third respondent thereby altering the offence from 174 of the Cr.P.C. to 34 and 302 of the Indian Penal Code and initiate action against the culprits in accordance with law.

This Criminal Original Petition has been filed to direct the first respondent to change the investigation in Crime No.145 of 2017, pending on the file of the second respondent to the third respondent.

2.Today, when the matter is taken up for hearing, the learned Additional Public Prosecutor, appearing for the respondents, on instructions, submitted that the investigation has been completed and closure report has been filed before the concerned jurisdictional Court as action dropped.
