Prayer: Petition filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India, praying for issuance of Writ of Certiorarified Mandamus, to call for the records relating to the impugned order of the online rejection order, dated 01.10.2024 issued by the 3rd respondent and quash the same as illegal, without jurisdiction and consequently direct the respondents 1 to 3 to survey the petitioner property to the extent of 51 cents in Survey No. 226/1A1 is situated at Karuppur & Post, Madukkur-via, Pattukottai Taluk, Thanjavur District in pursuant the online application vide No: 2024/0105/21/231056, dated 02.09.2024 and issued a separate Patta to the petitioner name as per the sale deed bearing as Document No. 0837/1969, dated 04.06.1969 which was registered on the Sub-Registrar, Madukkur within a stipulated time.

ORDER
The petitioner is aggrieved by the rejection of his request for grant of patta by one line order, namely "The application 2024/0105/21/231056 is rejected by Tahsildar on 01.10.2024".
2. The petitioner is at loss to understand as to the ground on which his request has been turned down. Therefore, he is before this Court seeking to quash the rejection order, dated 01.10.2024 of the 3rd respondent and direct the 3rd respondent to survey and demarcate and issue separate patta to the petitioner as per the registered sale deed, dated 04.06.1969.
3. Heard the learned counsel on either side.
4. The impugned order neither provide any reason for the rejection nor indicate the basis on which the 3rd respondent had arrived at a decision to reject the request. Therefore, this Court is inclined to quash the impugned order. Accordingly, the impugned order passed by the 3rd respondent, dated 01.10.2024 is quashed and the matter is remitted back to the 3rd respondent and the request shall be considered afresh and a speaking order shall be passed within a period of six (6) weeks from the date of receipt of copy of this order.
