ORDER:- These Petitions coming on for orders on this day, upon perusing the petition and the affidavit filed in support thereof and the letter of Chief Judicial Magistrate (FAC), Theni in D.No.443/2021, dated 31.03.2021, this Court made the following order:
These petitions have been listed today under the caption 'for extension of time' to dispose of the case in C.C.No.98 of 2017. 2.This Court, by an order dated 15.11.2019, directed the learned Judicial Magistrate, Theni, to dispose of the case within a period of six months from the date of receipt of a copy of that order.
3.Now the learned Chief Judicial Magistrate (FAC), Theni, has sent a letter dated 31.03.2021 requesting extension of a further time to dispose of the case in C.C.No.98 of 2017, pursuant to the order of this Court dated 15.11.2019.

5.The reasons stated in the letter dated 31.03.2021 are accepted and considering the prevailing Covid-19 situation, a further period of three months time is granted, to comply with the direction of this Court, from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.
