This Criminal Original Petition has been filed to quash the FIR in Crime No.248 of 2014.

2. The learned Additional Public Prosecutor, on instructions submitted that the investigation has been completed and the final report has already been placed before the authority for getting sanction, since the offence involved in this case is under Section 153(A) and 295(A) of IPC.

3. In view of the above development, this Court is not inclined to interfere with the FIR at this stage and the petitioner is given liberty to challenge the final report, as and when it is filed after getting sanction, if so advised.
