Heard Mr.A.Sivasubramanian, learned Counsel for petitioners and Mr.M.Jahangirbabu, learned Counsel for respondents.

2. Criminal Revision Petition has been filed to set aside the judgment made in Criminal Appeal No.19 of 2020, dated 30.08.2022 on the file of Principal Sessions Judge, Mahila Court, Tiruchirappalli and set aside the same thereby confirming the judgment dated 11.11.2019 in M.C.No.95 of 2015 on the file of Judicial Magistrate, Additional Mahila Court, Trichirappalli.

Today, when this Criminal Revision Case was taken up for hearing, it is informed by both learned counsel for petitioners as well as learned counsel for respondents that during the pendency of this Criminal Revision case, Joint Memo of Compromise, dated 08.12.2025, has been filed by petitioners and defacto complainant / respondent No.1, stating that the dispute has been amicably settled between them. Joint Memo of Compromise dated 08.12.2025, which reads as under: 2/5

"It is respectfully submit that at the intervention of Hon'ble Court it is agreed that the 1" respondent will pay Rs.7000 per month to the minor Muzammil Kalaam aged 14 years as maintenance from date of filing of Maintenance petition. This amount so accrued (Rs. 8,89,000 for the period from 22.05.2015-08.12.2025) will be paid within a period of 4 months. This amount of Rs.7,000 per month will be paid till the minor attains majority. It is further agreed that the petitioner at no point of time in future shall lay claim to any payment or any right over anything on account of the past events and future events. The interest of the minor alone is considered and no one else's interest under all circumstances. To the effect the petitioner and respondent No. 1 put their signature on this memo today (i.e 08.12.2025)."

4. In view thereof, this Criminal Revision Case stands disposed of in terms of Joint Memo of Compromise filed by both parties. Joint Memo of Compromise dated 08.12.2025 shall be read as part and parcel of this Order.
