This Criminal Original Petition has been filed seeking to quash the proceedings in Na.Ka.706/ep/br/e&fh/J/M/jp.kh/2017, dated 28.04.2017, pending on the file of the respondent.

2. It is represented by the learned Additional Public Prosecutor before this Court that the period fixed by the 1st respondent itself was over and therefore, nothing survives in this petition.

3. In view of the above development, nothing survives for further adjudication in the Criminal Original Petition. Accordingly, this Criminal Original Petition is closed. Consequently, connected Crl.M.P.(MD) No.6263 of 2017 is closed.
