2.The learned counsel for the petitioner submitted that the petitioner has been complying the conditions regularly and he prayed for relaxation of the said condition stating that the petitioner may be permitted to sign before the respondent police. 3.The learned Government Advocate (Crl. Side) submitted that the petitioner has been complying the conditions regularly and investigation is still pending. 4.Taking into consideration the submissions made by both the counsels, the condition imposed by this court in Crl.O.P.(MD)No.16464 of 2023 is modified to the effect that the petitioner shall report before the respondent police daily at 10.30 a.m., until further orders.
