2. Heard both sides.

3. The petitioner has already been enlarged on anticipatory bail by the Sessions Court. It is seen that he is still absconding. At this stage, this petition for modification cannot be entertained by this court.

4. Accordingly, this Criminal Original Petition is dismissed. Since the learned counsel for petitioner requests for extension of time, the time for executing the sureties is extended for a period of one week from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.
