This Criminal Original Petition is filed under Section 482 of the Criminal Procedure Code, to direct the second respondent to register the case on the petitioner's complaint, dated 19.12.2016, on the basis of the order dated 03.04.2017 passed in Cr.M.P.No.906 of 2017, on the file of the learned Judicial Magistrate No.V, Madurai.

2.Heard, the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner and the learned Additional Public Prosecutor appearing for the respondents.

3. Having regard to the fact that no case has been registered, despite specific direction has been issued by the learned Judicial Magistrate No.V, Madurai in Crl.M.P.No.906 of 2017, this Court is of the view that this petition has to be allowed. Hence, this Court directs the second respondent to register the complaint given by the petitioner, dated 19.12.2016, on the basis of the direction issued by the learned Judicial Magistrate No.V, Madurai, by order, dated 03.04.2017 passed in Cr.M.P.No.906 of 2017. https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

4.With the above direction, this Criminal Original Petition is disposed of.
