ORDER

This Contempt Petition is filed seeking to initiate contempt

proceedings against the Contemnors/Respondents and punish them for the wilful disobedience of the order passed by this Court made in W.P(MD)No.14820 of 2021, dated 23.08.2021.

2.Heard the learned counsel appearing on either side and perused the materials placed befoire this Court.

3.When the matter is taken up for hearing today, the learned Additional Government Pleader appearing for the respondents produced a communication, dated 9.11.2022 passed by the first respondent, stating that when the authorities went to the subject matter property for surveying, it was objected to by the third parties and hence they are not in a position to measure the property and further states that if an Advocate Commissioner is appointed, then the Petitioner's land will be measured. In view of the same, the Petitioner can very well go before the Civil Court for necessary relief in the suit filed by her and hence, the orders of this Court made in the above Writ Petition has been complied with and as such no contempt is made out.

4.In view of the above, the Contempt Petition is closed. No costs. 23.11.2022
